Pricelessparrots.com was founded back in December 2004 by Paul Hallissey.

After losing 'Ollie' our beautiful blue Ring-neck Parakeet to a tragic accident within our home, I was left asking myself what we as a family could have done to reduce the risk of strangulation that ultimately resulted in 'Ollies' death.

Pricelessparrots.com was born out of an idea that I had when trying to research Parrot Keeping and Parrot Care on the Internet after 'Ollies' tragic accident.
Many people I spoke to would comment on the inaccuracy and sometimes confusing information available on the World Wide Web. With a basic knowledge of website design and how to publish a website to the Internet I continued to design and build a website that would ultimately be a great resource for both the beginner to Parrot Keeping and the Parrot Expert alike.

Priceless Parrots aims to be one of the best Parrot Keeping resources on the Internet. We are growing on a daily basis and continue to do so with help from many friends both inside and outside the Parrot World. I could not do this without the kind donations in form of Competition Prizes, Articles, Forum Moderators, and the Experts that all donate there time and patience within our great friendly Online Parrot Forum.
