2 Eggs

1 Grated Carrot

1/2 Chopped Green Pepper

1 Tablespoon of Porridge Oats

1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds

Mix all the ingredients together and fry with no oil in a small non stick
frying pan.

Cool and cut into squares, keep in an air tight container in the fridge for
up to 4 days.

1 packet of sugarfree Orange Jelly

Mix as per the instructions but with slightly less water to make the final jelly firmer than usual.

Add extra things that your bird likes such as
apple, banana, grapes, strawberries, sunflower seeds, cereals such as fruit and fibre, dried fruit, nuts or standard bird feed.
